I'm starting work on some haunted house, pseudo folk paintings.
No glitter glue this time. I know, but it's time to say good bye.
I want the houses to be small, alone, and kinda ominous, kinda the folk version of Edward Hopper. They are also at night.
I'm going to include my painting text to tell the story of the hauntings...Only I'll probably not rush it and use spell check...So that it doesn't have the ignorant hick quality a lot of my old paintings did.
The hardest decision has been "what haunted houses?" I want most of them to be white houses, and it seems a lot of haunted houses are white. I am thinking so far the Amnityville house, the LaLaurie Mansion in NOLA, Myrtle Plantation...and I can't decide on others.
in a few weeks I'm going to invest in some long canvas and do the bigger famous haunted locations like the Winchester House, and West Virginia State Penitentiary.
It should be fun.
The utlimate goal with these is to do some art Fairs with my old pal Chicken George.. I'm hoping I can make some extra cash to fund my looniness, and have a good time with a good friend.
I really don't know what my life would be like with out George in it, he's a really good friend, and a really inspiring person....Even if he is kinda the artist equivalent of a hobo.

Vanessa Tanith Vanalstyne is a mentally ill and unemployable poverty case who has taken it upon herself to defame my person with childish, bizarre and quite absurd lies. Further she is stalking my wife and a close friend by actually PUBLISHING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY numbers on tumblr, and she dares to call me a “stalker?” Vanessa Vanalstyne is guilty of criminal libel, harassment, stalking and horrific English grammar which includes the constant use of the possessive apostrophe on simple plural words. Somehow this deeply disturbed individual got an MFA from a low ranking school w/o even learning how to make plurals in English, her native language. She spends her abundant free time harassing my person and my entire extended family, mooking about on 2nd Life and becoming steadily more obese by the year. Her entire issue with me? I rejected her romantic advances around the year 2000. Hell hath no fury like a psychotic stalker spurned. I do not particularly care what this crazy person says about me, but targeting my friends with serious stalking and identity theft? This is unacceptable, and will be pursued with law enforcement. Tumblr thus far has forced this insane, vengeful psychopath to remove the illegal social security numbers and other contact information. Tumblr should not be a place for stalkers to harass and tell ridiculous lies using impersonations of real civil names.
